1. Nature of Services (Non-Medical Program)
TRAM provides educational content, coaching and consulting, and wellness and lifestyle frameworks.
Not a Healthcare Provider. TRAM is not a licensed medical provider. No doctor-patient or healthcare relationship exists. The Company does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. You should consult a licensed physician before making health changes and will not discontinue medications without physician approval.
2. Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your health, decisions, and actions. You will use independent judgment when applying program guidance and will disclose relevant health conditions when appropriate.
3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability (Georgia)
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks including physical injury, illness or adverse reactions, and emotional or psychological stress. You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown. You hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and facilitators from any claims arising from ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
4. No Guarantees of Results
Results vary significantly between individuals. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials are examples only and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your participation and adherence.
5. Payment Terms — No Refund Policy
All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable. No chargebacks or payment disputes are permitted without first contacting the Company. You are purchasing access to intellectual property and coaching and support services.
6. 90-Day Results Guarantee (No Refund)
If offered, the TRAM Guarantee is a continuation-based guarantee, not a refund policy. It is conditional upon full participation. If you meet all requirements and do not experience meaningful progress, the Company will continue working with you at no additional cost. Eligibility is determined at the Company's sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of income, business, or opportunity, personal injury, or health outcomes. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of your participation, your misuse of program materials, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content; share access credentials; or use materials for commercial purposes. Violation may result in legal action.
10. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under recognized arbitration rules. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity (class action waiver). You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by written notice to the Company. Governing law: State of Georgia.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
1. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information
Including name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, billing information, and login credentials. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not fully stored by TRAM.
B. Wellness & Health-Related Information
You may voluntarily submit wellness questionnaires, body measurements, progress photos, nutritional information, exercise and activity data, sleep information, biomarker and lab data, and coaching notes. This information is voluntarily provided for educational, coaching, and personalization purposes only.
C. Device & Technical Information
We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referral URLs, session duration, website interactions, cookies, and tracking data.
D. Marketing & Communication Data
Email engagement data, SMS engagement data, ad interaction data, survey responses, customer support communications, and social media interactions.
2. How We Use Information
To deliver coaching and educational services; personalize your experience; process payments; improve programs; conduct analytics; send updates and communications; provide customer support; maintain security; comply with legal obligations; and enforce agreements.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, session tracking, and retargeting technologies including Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, portions of the site may not function properly.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share information with providers including payment processors, hosting providers, CRM systems, email/SMS providers, analytics providers, and advertising providers (e.g. Stripe, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Meta). We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
5. No Sale of Personal Information
TRAM does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, certain advertising or analytics activities may constitute "sharing" under certain state privacy laws.
6. Testimonials & User Content
If you voluntarily submit testimonials, reviews, photos, or video testimonials, you grant TRAM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes unless revoked in writing.
7. Data Security & Retention
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may retain information as long as reasonably necessary for business purposes, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information. Requests may be submitted to: [email protected].
9. Communications
By submitting your information, you consent to receive program-related communications, administrative notices, and marketing emails and SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out via unsubscribe links or by replying STOP to SMS messages.
10. Children's Privacy & International Users
TRAM services are intended only for individuals age 18 or older. If you access TRAM from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed within the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of TRAM services constitutes acceptance of revised policies. Contact: [email protected]
1. Overview
The 90-Day Results Guarantee is a performance-based program assurance, not a refund policy. If you fully complete the program and do not experience meaningful progress, we will continue working with you until you do.
2. No Refund Policy
All program fees are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to coaching, systems, and intellectual property; that results depend on your participation and adherence; and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for continued support under this Guarantee, you must:
- Complete the full 90-day program
- Attend or reschedule at least 85% of all coaching sessions
- Follow TRAM protocols in good faith (nutrition, strength training, nervous system work, recovery/sleep)
- Submit at least 80% of required check-ins and progress updates
- Maintain open communication with your coach
Failure to meet these requirements voids the Guarantee.
4. Definition of "Meaningful Progress"
Progress may include improved energy or sleep, increased strength or physical capacity, improved body composition, better metabolic or lifestyle markers, or enhanced overall well-being. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
5. Guarantee Claim Process
To request continued support, submit a written request within 7 days of completing the 90-day program, including completed tracking/check-in data, a summary of adherence, and a description of your perceived lack of progress.
6. Company Review & Resolution
The Company will review your participation and respond within 14 business days. Determination of eligibility is at the Company's sole discretion. If you qualify, the Company will provide extended coaching support at no additional cost. The duration and structure of the extension are determined by the Company.
7. Exclusions
This Guarantee does not apply if you do not complete the program, fail to follow the protocol, do not submit required check-ins, engage in conflicting programs without disclosure, or if external factors significantly limit your adherence.
8. Additional Terms
TRAM is not a medical program and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Liability is limited to the amount paid. No indirect or consequential damages are covered. This Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and may be used once.
This Agreement is entered into between the participant ("Participant," "you") and JAAMY LLC and The Reverse Aging Method™ ("Company," "TRAM").
1. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Participation
You acknowledge that participation in The Reverse Aging Method™ is voluntary; that you are in adequate physical and mental condition to participate; and that you have been advised to consult a licensed healthcare provider prior to participation.
2. No Medical Advice
You understand that The Reverse Aging Method™ is not a medical provider; that no diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided; and that you are solely responsible for your health decisions.
3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness or adverse reactions, and emotional or psychological stress.
YOU VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL RISKS, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.
4. Release & Waiver of Liability (Georgia)
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, and facilitators from all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation, including those based on ordinary negligence. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
5. Hold Harmless & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of your participation and to cover legal fees and costs resulting from your actions or violations.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary significantly between individuals. Testimonials are not promises of results.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
