Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that:

• Participation in The Reverse Aging Method™ is voluntary
• You are in adequate physical and mental condition to participate
• You have been advised to consult a licensed healthcare provider prior to participation

2. No Medical Advice

You understand that:

• The Reverse Aging Method™ is not a medical provider
• No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided
• You are solely responsible for your health decisions

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury
• Illness or adverse reactions
• Emotional or psychological stress

YOU VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL RISKS, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.

4. Release & Waiver of Liability (Georgia)

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW:

You hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company and its:

• Owners
• Officers
• Employees
• Contractors
• Coaches and facilitators

from all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation, including those based on ordinary negligence.

This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

5. Hold Harmless & Indemnification

You agree to:

• Indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of your participation
• Cover legal fees and costs resulting from your actions or violations

6. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge:

• Results are not guaranteed
• Outcomes vary significantly between individuals
• Testimonials are not promises of results

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

9. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

10. Acknowledgment

By signing below and checking each box, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand this Agreement
• You voluntarily agree to all terms
• You accept full responsibility for your participation
