B. Wellness & Health-Related Information
You may voluntarily submit wellness questionnaires, body measurements, weight/body composition information, progress photos, nutritional information, exercise/activity information, sleep information, biomarker and bloodwork/lab information, glucose monitoring information, recovery metrics, lifestyle habits, coaching notes, and survey responses. This information is voluntarily provided for educational, coaching, and personalization purposes only.
C. Device & Technical Information
We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referral URLs, session duration, website interactions, cookies, and tracking data.
D. Marketing & Communication Data
We may collect email engagement data, SMS engagement data, ad interaction data, survey responses, customer support communications, and social media interactions.

If you voluntarily submit testimonials, reviews, social media tags, before/after photos, video testimonials, or written success stories, you grant TRAM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes unless otherwise prohibited by law or revoked in writing.
